Habitat Challenge Front DONE!

And DONE!!

After all that obsession on the top and finally after a love/hate thing with it, I was able to piece the back in no time and fell in love....I used the same grey's that I used on the front as well as a few of my fav's of the habitat line....and added some slate grey on the side....

I had been obsessing over this challenge for months since we got the fabric 8ths in September? Took me too long to come up with my design but I wanted to mimic Jay McCarroll's designs with my design.

Making good progress on my Jay McCarroll Habitat challenge quilt. The fabric's felt very abstract to me so I designed the quilt that way. Gotta get a move on since we get to show them at the guild mtg on Monday, Nov. 7th!!
